All of the amazing cats and dogs available for adoption at L.A. Love & Leashes are from L.A. Animal Services (our city shelters). They come to us daily looking for a new home and a loving family!
The best place to see photos and get information about the dogs and cats available at our adoption center on any given day is on our Adopt-a-Pet.com, Facebook and Instagram pages. If you’re interested in a dog or cat and have more questions, please email us at loveandleashesla@gmail.com.
Adoption fees are set by and go directly to Los Angeles Animal Services. For residents of Los Angeles, the maximum fees are $122 to adopt an adult dog and $76 to adopt a cat. (Non-L.A. residents do not pay a license fee to the city.)
The adoption fees are an amazing value, and include:
Vaccinations

The first year license fee for dogs (L.A. does not require licenses for cats)

A free vet check by any member of the Southern CA Veterinary Medical Assoc.
